Here you can see an example of how documentation spaces appear and work within InstantKB. Each documentation space can feature a nested hierarchy of content on the left similar to a table of contents. End users can easily navigate this table of content to view your support content here on the right.
If your logged in as a support agent with appropriate permissions you'll see a small pencil icon with green background to the upper right of the page. This pencil icon allows you to quickly edit the article you are viewing.
Whilst logged in as a support agent you can also right click contact on the left to add new content or manage existing content. Of course you can also manage this space via the InstantKB Agent CP.
